Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President of New Business Development. The selected individual will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee lead generation strategies, and drive business and sales growth initiatives. The role will involve strategic collaboration with internal teams, identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Development strategies
- Experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and executing pipelines to identify potential customers
- Proven track record in Sales and achieving revenue growth targets
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience in the water resources, engineering, environmental or related industries is an advantage
- Ability to adapt and thrive in remote work environments
