Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Customer Success. The VP of Customer Success will oversee customer relationships and support strategies to optimize satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Responsibilities include leading customer success teams, devising methods to enhance the customer experience, managing key accounts, collaborating with the sales team, and driving growth by ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes. The role requires collaboration across all departments to align customer needs with company objectives.

- Experience in Account Management and Sales to drive client success

- Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
