CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Consultant Relations plays a critical role in strengthening CuraLinc’s relationships with leading benefits consultants and brokerage firms across the country. This role is responsible for increasing visibility, trust, and strategic alignment with key partners at the national and regional level while supporting growth through preferred partnerships, thought leadership, and pipeline influence.

This position is ideal for someone who understands the consulting landscape, can navigate complex relationships, and enjoys building partnerships that drive long-term value.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Elevate Consultant Relationships by Strengthening and Deepening High-Value Relationships with Key Consultants and Firms Who Influence Purchasing Decisions
  • Serve as a Central Point of Contact for Consultants, Delivering Timely Updates, Education, Resources, and Insights that Reinforce CuraLinc’s Value Proposition
  • Collaborate with Sales on Strategic Accounts and Sales Process to Increase Revenue Growth with Key Consulting Firms and Advisors
  • Develop and Execute Engagement Strategy with High-Priority Consultants, Local Offices and Markets with Direct Influence on Client Decisions
  • Support Preferred Partner Agreements, Education Sessions, and Joint Initiatives to Elevate CuraLinc’s Presence within Firms
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to Design, Execute, and Analyze Outreach Campaigns to Nurture and Advance Advisor Partnerships.
  • Represent CuraLinc at Consultant Summits, Expos, and Industry Events
  • Monitor Market Trends and Consultant Feedback to Inform Messaging, Product Development, and Client Strategy
  • Maintain and Track Consultant Engagement Activities in Coordination with the Sales Teams

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 8–10 Years of Experience Consulting Experience or Experience Working in a Similar Capacity at a Health and Wellbeing Organization
  • Deep Relationships and Credibility with National Consulting Firms
  • Proven Track Record of Building and Executing Consultant Engagement Strategies
  • Strong Understanding of the Benefits Consulting and Brokerage Ecosystem
  • Demonstrated Business Acumen and Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Market-Facing Roles Driving Pipeline Growth and Revenue Impact
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Balance Strategic Thinking with Day-to-Day Relationship Management
  • Excellence in Using Data-Driven Methodologies to Interpret Data and Translate to Actionable Insights and Strategies
  • Experience Working Cross-Functionally in a Collaborative, Agile, and Fast-Paced Environment
  • Ability to Travel (Estimated 25% to 40%)
