Constellation Brands is seeking a Vice President of Channel Sales to lead enterprise-wide channel strategy, governance, and performance management across its diverse beverage portfolio. This executive-level role combines disciplined channel sales leadership with blockchain-enabled technologies to enhance transaction transparency, account credibility, and data integrity across all distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead channel sales strategy across distributors, key accounts, and strategic retail partners
  • Define governance frameworks, performance standards, and accountability mechanisms for channel management
  • Partner with Commercial, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance teams to align channel initiatives with revenue and brand objectives
  • Oversee multi-year channel planning, sales execution, and performance tracking
  • Support the application of blockchain technology to strengthen channel transaction traceability, contract transparency, and data credibility
  • Monitor channel performance, identify systemic risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, promotional, contractual, and trade standards across all channels
  • Provide executive leadership with structured insights, scenario analysis, and long-term commercial recommendations
  • Lead senior channel sales, key account management, and commercial leadership teams
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or commercial leadership
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-market, multi-channel sales organizations
  • Demonstrated experience making high-stakes commercial decisions with direct impact on revenue and brand performance
  • Strong expertise in governance, performance management, and cross-functional execution
  • Exceptional judgment, accountability, and risk management capabilities
  • Comfortable operating at the executive level, influencing senior leadership and shaping corporate priorities
  • Background in beverage alcohol, FMCG, or premium brand portfolios strongly preferred
  • Proven track record managing senior managers and cross-functional leadership teams
