🚀 We’re Hiring: Vice President of Business Development (Biologics CDMO)
📍 Location: Remote – United States
A fast-growing, innovation-driven CDMO is expanding its U.S. commercial footprint and is looking for a high-impact VP of Business Development to lead from the front in winning new business.
We're looking for a true hunter - someone with energy, presence, and a relentless drive to open doors, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive market.
🔬 What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving net-new business growth across biologics and complex modalities services
- Building and owning senior-level relationships across biotech and pharma
- Identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value opportunities across the U.S.
- Acting as the tip of the spear for all new client engagements
- Leading commercial strategy, positioning, and early deal shaping
- Developing a strong, actionable pipeline and consistently converting opportunities
- Partnering closely with internal scientific and technical teams to win programs
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of Business Development experience, with a strong track record of closing deals
- Proven success in a CDMO environment (biologics or complex therapeutics preferred)
- A go-getter, hunter mentality - proactive, resilient, and highly motivated
- Strong executive presence; able to influence and build trust quickly
- Experience selling into biotech/pharma across development and manufacturing services
- ADC experience is a strong plus, but not essential
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Someone who thrives on accountability, ownership, and winning
