We are seeking a full-time Vice President of Business Development to lead and implement growth strategies for Amber Care Group. As part of this remote role, the VP will drive new business initiatives, oversee strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage key client accounts. The position involves identifying growth opportunities, developing business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the VP will be responsible for ensuring revenue growth and establishing long-term business relationships.
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Planning.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Strong track record in Sales and Account Management roles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the care or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
