Executive Sales Opportunity – Business Dining | Northeast Focus
Looking for a strategic, high-performing sales leader to join a national hospitality & dining services organization as VP of Business Development & Retention. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on driving new business and retaining key accounts in the Northeast.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle for large, complex dining programs
- Build new relationships while maintaining and expanding existing client partnerships
- Collaborate with executive leadership to create tailored solutions for clients
- MUST be okay with travel
Who We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in sales or operations leadership in corporate or higher ed dining
- Experience with large sales cycles, RFP processes, and financial discussions (P&L, labor costs)
- Strategic thinker, autonomous, and highly polished executive presence
- Northeast market experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base + Commission
- Year 1: $162,500 - $187,500 all in; Year 2: ~$225K all in at plan.
- Quota: ~$1M Y1, $3–$4M in subsequent years
