Executive Sales Opportunity – Business Dining | Northeast Focus


Looking for a strategic, high-performing sales leader to join a national hospitality & dining services organization as VP of Business Development & Retention. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on driving new business and retaining key accounts in the Northeast.


What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle for large, complex dining programs
  • Build new relationships while maintaining and expanding existing client partnerships
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to create tailored solutions for clients
  • MUST be okay with travel

Who We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in sales or operations leadership in corporate or higher ed dining
  • Experience with large sales cycles, RFP processes, and financial discussions (P&L, labor costs)
  • Strategic thinker, autonomous, and highly polished executive presence
  • Northeast market experience preferred


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base + Commission
  • Year 1: $162,500 - $187,500 all in; Year 2: ~$225K all in at plan.
  • Quota: ~$1M Y1, $3–$4M in subsequent years
