CYPET Technologies LTD is an international manufacturer of machinery for the production of plastic bottles. We are the global leaders in single stage Injection Stretch Blow Molding equipment for production of large PET containers, as well as PET containers with integrated handles. Our technology is allowing PET to enter new packaging markets and establish dominance in existing ones. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our sales growth in North America.
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll get a great understanding of our products. You will help your customers understand our technology’s value and how it can help them better serve their customers. You will develop new and enduring relationships with a diverse range of clients, from small factory owners to large corporate entities. You will be comfortable presenting our company and products, virtually and face-to-face to anyone from junior buyers to senior executives. You will be responsible for pushing the entire sales process, from prospecting to follow up to close. Responsibilities
• Maintain an excellent understanding of CYPET’s technologies and value proposition
• Extensive travelling to visit existing and prospective customers
• Grow customer base by active searching for and contacting new leads
• Understand and align customer needs with CYPET’s offerings
• Create quotations, negotiate terms and close sales
• CRM data entry and administration for your area of responsibility
• Creation and execution of sales strategies
• Develop and maintain enduring relationships with customers and leads
• Co-ordination with Marketing for planning area-specific marketing actions
• Actively involved in organization and participation in trade fairs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Abide by the company’s code of conduct
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales role in the PET blow molding industry
• Demonstration of strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate technical and commercial information across different levels of an organization
• Demonstration of empathy towards customers
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with internet sales methods, such as search engine marketing and search engine optimization will be considered beneficial
