VP Global Marketing | Global DTC Consumer Brand
A high-growth, digitally native consumer brand is entering its next phase of scale and is seeking a VP Marketing to lead and evolve its global marketing function.
This is the most senior marketing role in the business, sitting on the executive team and partnering directly with the CEO to drive both brand equity and profitable growth across a 9-figure DTC business.
You will inherit a strong foundation - established brand, proven product-market fit, and a functioning growth engine - and take it to the next level through deeper integration across brand, performance, and lifecycle.
This role requires a true operator. You are as comfortable in a creative review as you are owning CAC, MER, and revenue outcomes.
The Role
You will own the full marketing function across brand, creative, performance, lifecycle, social, and content - ensuring each operates as part of a single, cohesive growth system.
You will lead growth across a high-velocity, Shopify-based DTC environment, with exposure to key marketplace channels, translating performance insight into creative, channel, and onsite execution.
Working cross-functionally with ecommerce, product, and leadership, you will define how the business scales globally - bringing structure, pace, and commercial clarity to the next phase of growth.
What You’ll Own
- Full ownership of the global marketing function and team
- Brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction across all channels
- Paid acquisition at scale across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and marketplaces
- End-to-end funnel performance (acquisition → onsite → retention → LTV)
- Lifecycle, CRM, and retention strategy (email, SMS, loyalty)
- Marketing P&L, budget allocation, and growth planning
- Go-to-market strategy for product launches and key commercial moments
- Integration across brand, performance, and ecommerce to drive efficiency and scale
- International expansion strategy and market entry playbooks
What We’re Looking For
- Proven VP / CMO-level experience within 9-figure DTC consumer brands
- Deep ownership of performance marketing at scale (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Experience operating within high-velocity, Shopify-based environments
- Exposure to Amazon or marketplace-led growth alongside DTC
- Strong full-funnel expertise across acquisition, CRO, and retention
- Experience scaling across international markets
- Commercial mindset with ownership of CAC, MER, LTV, and marketing P&L
- Background in performance-led consumer categories (e.g. apparel, lifestyle) preferred
