Job Overview
The Vice President, Marketing will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing VETport’s global marketing, brand, and growth strategy across Web3, blockchain, and digital asset ecosystems.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of marketing—including brand positioning, ecosystem marketing, demand generation, community growth, and go-to-market strategy—ensuring alignment with VETport’s blockchain-driven technology platform and long-term expansion objectives.
The VP of Marketing will play a critical role in elevating VETport’s global presence, accelerating platform adoption, and strengthening credibility across institutional, developer, and Web3-native communities.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in blockchain, crypto, fintech, or emerging technology sectors, with a proven ability to build influential brands, drive adoption, and scale marketing organizations in fast-evolving digital ecosystems.

Marketing Leadership & Brand Strategy
Lead and oversee VETport’s global marketing strategy, aligning brand positioning with company vision and Web3 market dynamics.
Define and strengthen VETport’s identity as a trusted blockchain technology and digital infrastructure provider.
Develop cohesive messaging across platform solutions, tokenization frameworks, and decentralized ecosystem offerings.
Ensure marketing initiatives reinforce trust, innovation, and long-term value within both institutional and Web3-native audiences.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Demand Generation
Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for blockchain platforms, products, and ecosystem initiatives.
Drive user acquisition, developer onboarding, and institutional adoption through targeted growth strategies.
Partner with product, engineering, and business development teams to launch new solutions and expand market reach.
Optimize user journeys across digital channels, community funnels, and partnership-driven growth models.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Position VETport as a leading voice in blockchain innovation, digital asset infrastructure, and decentralized ecosystems.
Oversee development of high-impact content including whitepapers, research reports, and Web3 insights.

Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization

Continuously refine campaigns, community strategies, and content based on performance insights.

Qualifications
20+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or emerging technology sectors.
Proven success in building and scaling marketing functions in high-growth, technology-driven environments.
Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, Web3 ecosystems, and token-based models.
Experience engaging institutional clients, developers, and global user communities.
Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and growth marketing.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
