SHC is partnering with a global leader in business coaching to recruit an experienced Executive Culture and Talent Coach. In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the CEO and drive the people strategy for high-growth organizations. Your focus will be on talent management, leadership development, and fostering a positive, high-performance work environment across partnered companies.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Development and Management
- Design and implement strategies that build and sustain a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, ensuring core values are embedded in all HR practices and employee experiences.
- Conduct culture assessments and coach leadership on continuous improvement plans to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Coach leaders on talent development, performance management, and career progression.
- Support succession planning by identifying and mentoring high-potential team members.
Employee Engagement and Leadership Coaching
- Champion employee engagement by developing and executing internal communication and team collaboration strategies.
- Coach executives and teams on leadership best practices, driving talent growth and performance.
- Facilitate regular feedback sessions to align culture with business objectives.
HR Business Partnership
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize organizational design and resource planning.
- Lead team-building initiatives to enhance collaboration, morale, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR, talent management, or organizational development experience, including executive coaching.
- Demonstrated expertise in culture development and employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with high-growth or fast-paced organizations is highly desirable.
