We’re partnering with a high-growth company in the healthcare and technology space to hire a strategic and analytical Vice President of Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning. This is a mission-critical leadership role that reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the executive team to drive data-backed decisions that accelerate growth and profitability.
This role is not just about crunching numbers. It’s about leading with insight, aligning financial strategy with business priorities, and building trust across departments through sharp analysis and clear communication.
What You’ll Own:
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive team on financial planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Deliver high-impact financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance analytics to support critical business initiatives.
- Build frameworks that track key business drivers, operational metrics, and ROI across business lines.
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board.
- Lead a high-performing team of FP&A professionals, fostering alignment and accountability across all business units.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning, with 3+ years in a VP or similar leadership role.
- Background in healthcare, technology, or other data-rich industries preferred.
- Proven success building scalable financial systems and processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong executive presence and the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear recommendations.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- A sharp business mind with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
