Founded in 2024 and backed by a $52M Series B, this company is redefining industrial operations with an AI-powered platform that converts raw data into actionable insights—driving safer, more efficient, and scalable environments.


They are now hiring a VP Finance to help scale from ~$10M to $50M in record time.


The Opportunity


You will be the financial leader partnering directly with CEO one of the most successful GTM operators in Europe.


This is a rare opportunity to own finance in a category-defining business that is scaling globally.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Finance & Growth


  • Build the financial infrastructure to scale from ~$10M to $50M ARR
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, planning and financial modelling across the business
  • Partner with the CRO, CEO and leadership team on revenue strategy and capital efficiency


Revenue Operations & Performance


  • Analyse revenue performance, pricing models, customer cohorts and expansion motions
  • Define financial frameworks across new regions, product lines, and partner ecosystems
  • Implement reporting and metrics for quota, attainment, CAC, payback and margin improvement


Fundraising & Investor Management


  • Prepare board materials, financial reporting and data-room readiness
  • Support future fundraising rounds with modelling, scenario planning and due diligence
  • Liaise with top-tier investors


Operational Excellence


  • Build scalable processes across billing, collections, compliance and vendor management
  • Design systems and automation for a high-growth, global SaaS business
  • Ensure financial health as the company expands into new markets and enterprise accounts


What We’re Looking For


  • VP Finance or Head of Finance with success in high-growth SaaS or deep-tech
  • Experience scaling ARR through mid-market and enterprise growth
  • Expert in SaaS metrics, revenue modelling, pricing, forecasting and board-level reporting
  • Able to partner with sales, product and operations to drive performance
  • Highly analytical, operational, and comfortable in a fast-moving early-stage environment
  • Prior experience in AI or SaaS is a bonus - not mandatory
