For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Finance & Operations, Europe to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all European financial functions including accounting and financial planning
- Collaborate with US accounting team for financial compliance and reporting
- Develop European financial strategies to support business growth
- Lead budgeting processes and financial planning activities
- Support commercial teams with market access and pricing strategies
- Manage relationships with international suppliers and logistics providers
- Develop and mentor the European finance team
- MBA/CPA/CA/CFA preferred; financial education required
- 15+ years of finance experience in a global biopharmaceutical company
- Experience as head of finance for an EU5 affiliate or Europe region
- Strong strategic thinking and multi-functional analysis skills
- Exceptional financial analytical and problem-solving skills
