We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President Business to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across key markets. As part of the executive leadership team, you will oversee business development, sales, partnerships, and market expansion while ensuring operational excellence and customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the company’s business growth strategy
- Lead and mentor commercial teams across sales, business development, and key accounts
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations to align on execution
- Drive profitability and ensure achievement of revenue and margin goals
- Represent the company with major clients, stakeholders, and at industry events
- 10+ years of experience in business leadership, preferably in B2B or high-growth industries
- Proven track record in scaling revenue and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in international business environments or matrix organizations
- Fluent in English; German or French is a strong asset
- MBA or equivalent business/strategic degree preferred
- Executive-level role with high visibility and impact
