At AP22, we build custom AI employees that handle the repetitive parts of business: operations, admin, support, and workflows; so founders can scale with peace and profit.


Our builds replace hiring, training, and human error with perfectly trained AI staff that just… work.


We’re expanding our sales team and are opening three flexible freelance roles:

  1. Full Sales (Setter + Closer) > handles the full sales cycle.
  2. Setter > books qualified calls (no sales experience required).
  3. Closer > runs discovery calls and closes deals (2+ years experience preferred).



What you’ll do

If you’re a Setter:

• Reach out to founders and business owners (outbound and inbound leads).

• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.

• Communicate with the founders and closers to ensure a smooth handover.

If you’re a Closer:

• Take qualified calls with warm leads.

• Run discovery and strategy calls to understand client needs.

• Present how AP22 can streamline their business with AI employees.

• Close deals with clarity, confidence, and integrity.

If you’re Full Sales (Setter + Closer):

• Handle both outreach and closing; full control of your pipeline.

• Build relationships with leads from first contact to contract signed.

• Work directly with the founders to refine scripts and messaging.


What you earn

Setter only: 7% commission on each deal closed from your booked calls.

Closer only: 13% commission on each deal you close.

Full Sales (Setter + Closer): 20% commission (you keep the full amount).

Commission applies to both:

• Setup Fee: 20% of €1,000–€2,000 (€200–€400 per new client).

Monthly Retainer: 5% for the setter, 5% for the closer, 10% if you do both, recurring for 12 months (€50–€100/month per client).

Example:

Close 4 clients/month → earn €800–€1,600 upfront + €200–€400/month in recurring income.


What you need

• Setter: enthusiasm, communication skills, willingness to learn.

• Closer: 2+ years in sales or business development, strong closing ability.

• All roles: fluent in English, tech-savvy, confident discussing AI & automation.

• Driven, self-managed, and human; work anytime, from anywhere.
