We are looking for a Venture Consultant (Business Performance Partner) to join our Valencia office.

In this role, you will work with the founders and managing directors of four YOUNG business units, helping them grow, professionalize, and achieve profitability.

You will not work inside the companies, but on the companies — focusing on structure, performance, and scalability.

You will act as the strategic link between each venture and YOUNG Holding — ensuring strong financial discipline, measurable progress, and alignment with the group’s long-term vision.

• Monitor and guide four assigned YOUNG ventures (business units).
• Review financials, performance, and growth opportunities on a monthly basis.
• Support founders with strategic direction, budgets, and reporting.
• Ensure profitability targets and KPI frameworks are achieved.
• Report key insights and progress directly to the Holding (COO & Founder).
• Collaborate with other consultants across the YOUNG group to share best practices.
• Maintain an entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on mindset.

• Background in business consulting, strategy, finance, or operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and disciplined mindset — comfortable working independently with accountability.
• Fluency in English (Spanish or Dutch is a plus).
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Valencia.

• Base salary: aligned with experience.
• Discretionary bonus: based on performance and contribution to venture growth.
• KPI-based incentive: opportunity for future participation or profit share tied to the ventures you guide.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder and the Holding team, shaping the next growth phase of the YOUNG ecosystem.

Candidates with the right background will first complete an assessment and DISC personality test.

Based on the results, a follow-up trial assessment may be offered, allowing both sides to explore potential fit before a final agreement.
