Job description:
Freshco is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Vendor Relations & Partnerships Coordinator to actively source, recruit, and develop high-performing technicians and service partners across Canada and the United States.
This role is responsible for building and strengthening Freshco’s vendor network by proactively calling, procuring, onboarding, and managing technician partnerships while ensuring full compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Vendor Procurement & Relationship Development
- Proactively source, call, recruit, and onboard qualified technicians in targeted markets
- Negotiate rates and service expectations aligned with Freshco standards
- Build long-term, high-performing vendor partnerships
- Identify coverage gaps and take immediate action to strengthen network depth
- Maintain consistent communication with active service partners
Vendor Compliance & Onboarding
- Coordinate and maintain Certificates of Insurance and WSIB/Workers Compensation documentation
- Manage and track Master Service Agreements via DocuSign
- Enter and update contractor profiles and rates in QuickBase
- Ensure all vendor documentation remains current and compliant
Systems & Coordination
- Maintain accuracy of Freshco’s Contact Manager (QuickBase)
- Audit contractor profiles for completeness and remove duplicates
- Manage and respond to Vendor Relations support tickets
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Projects, IT, and Finance teams
