Vendor Management Coordinator to support the Vendor Management team in its work for the big Program.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
● Coordinate the vendor onboarding and offboarding process.
● Monitor vendor deliverables in accordance with contract timelines.
● Support all aspects of the vendor sourcing process (direct sourcing, RFPs).
● Coordinate the scheduling of vendor sourcing interviews.
● Organize meetings, including preparation and presentation of materials, agenda and meeting minutes.
● Track and report on vendor management metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and/or ad hoc basis.
● Support vendor management projects, coordinate tasks cross functionally and complete other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Proven experience collaborating and communicating in a dynamic environment with a distributed, highly diverse workforce.
● Demonstrated success in managing complexity and ambiguity under tight deadlines.
● Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of organization and attention to detail while managing work on multiple projects.
● Adaptable to new technologies, organizational and procedural changes

● Strong interpersonal skills
● Project Management experience and/or work collaboration tools a plus
● Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and G Suite
