Accountabilities
- Lead a globally distributed UX research team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee qualitative and quantitative research programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent methodology across projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable research objectives.
- Maintain research operations, knowledge bases, and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Participate in client engagements, project kickoffs, presentations, and workshops to ensure research findings are effectively communicated and applied.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, operations, and client success, to drive alignment and insights integration.
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in UX research practices, tools, and methodologies.
- 5+ years of professional experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research in client-facing roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of 5–7 researchers, including globally distributed teams across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead research programs in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Expertise in diverse research methodologies, including usability studies, diary studies, surveys, focus groups, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate, actionable insights.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and research platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Salesforce).
- Ability to travel occasionally to Zurich for in-person client meetings and workshops.
- Competitive salary range of CHF 108,000 – CHF 118,000, flexible for exceptional candidates.
