🎯 What You’ll Do- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and data insights
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
- Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products
- 2–5 years of experience in UX design, product design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Solid understanding of user research, usability, and interaction design
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with UI design or visual design
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or mobile product environments
