What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product design for workflows, dev tooling, and AI agent experiences
- Translate complex technical concepts (Prompting, APIs, Evals, workflows) into intuitive and delightful interfaces
- Work side-by-side with founders, engineers, and product leaders to rapidly ship and iterate
- Push projects forward with a bias towards action — no theory
- Conduct lean user research, testing, and feedback loops with customers to validate design decisions
- Shape and evolve our design system and product identity as we scale
- 3+ years of product design experience, with ownership of shipped products from idea to production
- Background in startups — ideally as an early or founding Product Designer (Seed → Series A+ growth journey)
- Proven experience designing developer-facing tools, workflows, or automation or AI Agent products
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy execution, and wearing multiple hats
- Strong balance of UX, UI, and product thinking; portfolio that shows both craft and speed
- Technical fluency — you don't shy away from JSON, APIs, traces, logs, and know how to design for technical users
