Accountabilities
- Conduct user research to gather requirements and inform design decisions, creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
- Develop and maintain UX standards, style guides, and best practices across products.
- Facilitate cross-functional design sessions, workshops, and brainstorming meetings.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Organize and share design files to ensure consistency and accessibility across the team.
- Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire innovative solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product experience design.
- Proven experience designing B2B and/or SaaS products with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin, or other prototyping and visualization tools.
- Strong skills in interface design, user interaction, and graphic design.
- Experience with user-centric design processes, prototyping, and iterative design workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing mobile applications is a plus.
- University degree in User Experience Design or related field is optional but advantageous.
- Salary: CA$85,000 – CA$95,000 annually.
