The UX Designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences for B2B and SaaS products, delivering intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling solutions. This role combines user research, interface design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and business goals. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets while establishing UX standards and best practices. Success in this role requires balancing creativity with analytical thinking, managing multiple projects, and iterating quickly based on user feedback. The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible, remote environment and enjoys driving innovation across digital products. Your work will directly influence product adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct user research to gather requirements and inform design decisions, creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain UX standards, style guides, and best practices across products.
  • Facilitate cross-functional design sessions, workshops, and brainstorming meetings.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Organize and share design files to ensure consistency and accessibility across the team.
  • Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product experience design.
  • Proven experience designing B2B and/or SaaS products with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin, or other prototyping and visualization tools.
  • Strong skills in interface design, user interaction, and graphic design.
  • Experience with user-centric design processes, prototyping, and iterative design workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing mobile applications is a plus.
  • University degree in User Experience Design or related field is optional but advantageous.
