Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects for web platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher)
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Design high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Apply usability best practices to improve user flows and interactions
- Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Contribute to and maintain design documentation and component libraries
