We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end experience of our fast-growing e-commerce mobile application. You will shape intuitive, high-converting customer journeys that turn browsing into buying and shoppers into loyal advocates.
This role requires strong product thinking, visual excellence, and data-driven decision making.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity execution
• Craft seamless mobile shopping experiences across iOS and Android
• Optimize key conversion flows including onboarding, product discovery, cart, checkout, and retention
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align business and user goals
• Build and scale robust design systems
• Drive A/B testing initiatives and iterate based on performance insights
• Champion accessibility and user-centered design best practices
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within e-commerce or marketplace environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design and measurable conversion improvements
• Deep expertise in interaction design, UX strategy, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing complex flows such as checkout, payments, and personalization
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
• Experience working within agile product teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable design decisions

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy
• Understanding of behavioral psychology in digital commerce
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Awareness of front-end development constraints
