Now entering an exciting new phase of growth, we’re looking for a UI/UX – CRO Manager to elevate the brand’s digital experience even further. You’ll take the lead on designing, optimizing, and managing a high-performing Shopify store, crafting seamless journeys from first click to checkout. From launching new collections to fine-tuning conversion flows, your work will directly shape how customers around the world experience this iconic Scandinavian brand online.
This is a full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Shopify Management
- Drive flawless product launches that captivate customers from first click to checkout
- Ensure every product and collection page delivers a premium, on-brand experience that builds trust and drives sales
- Maintain a smooth, high-performing storefront by proactively identifying and resolving technical or visual issues
- Implement small front-end or Liquid-based optimizations that improve speed, consistency, and user experience
UX/UI Design
- Translate brand vision into intuitive, visually striking designs in Figma that strengthen customer engagement and retention
- Continuously refine navigation, layout, and content flow to make discovery effortless and shopping delightful
- Partner closely with the founder to evolve the brand’s digital identity through thoughtful design and data-informed decisions
CRO
- Run smart, data-driven experiments that boost key conversion metrics across pages and funnels
- Use insights from user behavior and A/B testing to refine CTAs, layouts, and product storytelling for maximum impact
- Develop a culture of ongoing optimization, turning small UX improvements into measurable business growth
WHO YOU ARE
- You’ve designed and optimized Shopify stores, ideally in lifestyle, beauty, or consumer products
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- You’re great in Figma, with an eye for clean, conversion-friendly design
- You’ve used tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, or VWO to test and learn
- You write HTML/CSS without hesitation, and can jump into Shopify front-end work when needed
- You understand how users think and how to guide them toward action
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- You’re comfortable working remotely, taking ownership, and making things happen without needing hand-holding
- You have a portfolio of live websites or design work that shows your ability to drive performance, not just make things look good
