We are currently a team of around 30 colleagues. We are responsible for the product development of our product lines in the areas of ERP (NEVARIS Finance), construction
technology (NEVARIS Build), and mobile solutions (123erfasst). Our main task is product development to offer our customers real added value and delight them every day. To this end, we work together with software development and quality assurance to create a great product and are
involved in the go-to-market process to ensure the product is excellently positioned. Together with support and professional services, we gain insights into how we can further optimize for our existing customers. We work together on a forward-looking strategy with one goal: to successfully position and maintain our products on the market.

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?
UX/Design: You will work closely with our product managers and developers to develop, communicate, and jointly implement user experience solutions for our app User understanding: You will get to know our users through direct contact and analytics in order to understand
their wishes and current application problems and to derive potential improvements for our solutions.
Prototypes: You will create user story maps, information architectures, design prototypes, components and design guidelines
Communication: You actively shape the exchange between product management and development and ensure that design solutions are implemented efficiently
Further development: As a UI/UX pioneer, you will take responsibility and independently develop suggestions for improvement based on customer expectations and market trends
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in media design or a comparable field or can demonstrate relevant professional success
- You are familiar with UX design and user research, preferably for B2B SaaS applications, and have experience in CSS and HTML
- You have experience in using telemetry tools such as Pendo or Google Analytics and use them specifically to optimize the user experience
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with popular design and project management tools such as Figma, Jira and Miro
- You are familiar with product management concepts such as Product-Led Growth and Product Discovery
- Technical affinity, an analytical approach and initiative round off your profile
