Position: UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive web applications and modern websites while delivering visually engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of user behavior, emerging technologies, and AI-powered design workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web applications and websites.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, icons, and digital assets.
- Design engaging animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design technologies, and industry best practices.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools and workflows to improve creativity, productivity, and design quality.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance user engagement and support business growth.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Berlin, Germany.
- Proven experience designing web applications and responsive websites.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects from concept to final design.
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of animations, motion graphics, prototyping, and interactive design.
- Experience creating graphics, illustrations, icons, and marketing visual assets.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and the ability to integrate AI into creative workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
