Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships and academic projects
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with wireframing, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design
- Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize new features and improvements
- Design user interface components ensuring consistency across the product and adherence to the design system
- Leverage modern design tools and AI-assisted platforms to enhance productivity and creative output
- Develop and organize design assets for seamless collaboration with development teams
- Participate in user research activities such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to inform design decisions
- Analyze user feedback and industry trends to propose continuous design enhancements
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Prepare detailed design specifications and maintain organized documentation for development handoff
- Utilize design systems and AI tools to streamline documentation and ensure consistency
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality
- Participate in team meetings, critiques, and collaborative sessions to foster a positive work environment
