UGC Creator Worldwide (Remote, Freelance)
About the Role
Whanau is seeking a creative, adventure-driven UGC Creator who travels to natural and remote locations worldwide to produce high-quality photos and videos featuring our outdoor apparel and equipment. We are particularly interested in content that highlights social and environmental projects, informative storytelling, and ethically responsible messaging. This role allows you to create impactful, meaningful content that raises awareness about nature conservation, NGOs, and other important causes, while promoting Whanau as a sustainable and purpose-driven brand.
What You Will Do
- Use Whanau-provided equipment (sport equipment, safety gear, etc.).
- Travel worldwide to mountains and oceans to create authentic photos and videos.
- Participate in required safety and technical training courses, fully funded by Whanau.
- Produce content that emphasizes ethical, socially responsible, and informative storytelling; content is not used for political, racist, sexist, or propagandistic purposes.
- Submit content packages for commercial usage approval.
What You Bring
- A passion for travel and nature.
- Ability to work independently as a digital nomad.
- Strong interest in social and environmental causes.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and content requirements.
- Proven skills in photography and/or videography (outdoor focus preferred).
