MySwissPanorama Hiking & Travel GmbH is a Swiss-based travel agency specializing in curated luxury experiences across Switzerland. We design and operate unique travel programs, tours, and itineraries for international guests who want to experience Switzerland in an authentic and high-quality way.


We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent based in Germany to join our remote operations team. This role is specifically designed for professionals who already have hands-on experience in the travel industry — whether as a travel agent, tour operator, or in travel operations — and who bring existing knowledge of Switzerland as a travel destination.


Your Role

You will support our operations team with the preparation and organization of our tours across Switzerland. Your work ensures that all information in our internal systems is accurate, structured, and ready for operational use.


Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and structuring travel itineraries for Switzerland

• Entering and maintaining travel data in our internal system (EZUS / TripCreator)

• Completing and verifying supplier information (hotels, activities, partners)

• Uploading and organizing hotel data, images, and room categories

• Supporting the preparation of tours and travel programs

• Pricing hotels, activities, and travel suppliers

• Assisting with partner communication and operational coordination

• Supporting our team with email and administrative travel operations tasks


Accuracy and structured work are essential.


Requirements (Must-Have)

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Travel Agent, Tour Operator, or in a travel agency/tour operations environment

• Existing knowledge of Switzerland as a travel destination (geography, regions, key attractions, seasonal highlights)

• Experience with itinerary planning and travel product creation

• Excellent English (written and spoken)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows

• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

• Willingness to submit a short 2–3 minute introduction video in English as part of the application process


Nice to Have

• Experience with travel booking systems or CRM tools

• German language skills

• Experience working with international teams

• Experience with EZUS or similar travel operations platforms


Tools You May Work With

• EZUS & TripCreator (travel operations platform)

• Zoho (email and internal tools)

• Travel supplier websites

• Internal documentation systems


No prior experience with these tools is required. Training will be provided.


Working Conditions

• Location: Remote (Germany-based)

• Position: Full-time

• Working hours align with Swiss business hours (CET/CEST)


Compensation

Monthly salary: EUR 2,800 – 3,400 gross


Salary depends on experience and performance.
