Position: Bilingual AI Trainer

Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)

Compensation: $30–$120/hr (based on language pair & experience)

Location: Remote

Duration: 10–40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least two languages with strong written and verbal communication
• Deep understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances across the supported languages
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing and correcting language outputs
• Ability to evaluate tone, context, intent, and naturalness of language
• Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and annotation platforms
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide structured feedback
• Reliable availability and consistency in task completion
  
  

Role Responsibilities

• Review and refine multilingual datasets used to train AI language models
• Evaluate AI-generated text for accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance
• Identify translation errors, unnatural phrasing, or contextual mismatches
• Annotate, translate, and curate language data across multiple use cases
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI response quality
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and engineers to improve language performance
• Participate in quality checks to ensure consistency and high linguistic standards
