The Role
A client in the health information and analytics industry is seeking a Transformation Manager to join the team for 3 months.
You will play a senior role within a newly established Transformation Office, working closely with the Head of Strategy and Transformation to coordinate a complex, multi-workstream transformation programme. You will drive governance, strategic alignment, and delivery across initiatives spanning AI-led product development, operating model evolution, and commercial transformation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee governance frameworks and programme structures across a complex transformation portfolio
- Ensure alignment of multiple workstreams to strategic objectives and target operating model
- Lead programme reporting, steering forums, and decision-making processes at senior level
- Drive cross-functional coordination across AI, product, and commercial transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years’ experience delivering transformation within large international organisations
- Strong consulting background with expertise in governance, operating models, and programme delivery
- Experience working on complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes at scale
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
