This is a full-time, remote role for a Transaction Coordinator. The Transaction Coordinator will oversee and manage the logistics of real estate transactions to ensure seamless processes for clients. Responsibilities include coordinating documents, managing transaction timelines, communicating with clients and team members, supporting escrow-related activities, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and clear communication to ensure efficient transaction completion and client satisfaction.
- Strong skills in Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management
- Experience with Escrow processes and related documentation
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with real estate platforms or CRM systems is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate or transaction management is preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
