Our healthcare client will be kicking off a net-new Workday implementation and is seeking a Training Coordinator to help facilitate and support the training program. This role will partner closely with HR, functional leads, and program leadership to ensure effective training planning, coordination, and execution throughout the multi-year program lifecycle. While the role is expected to have a strong HCM focus, there may be exposure across Financials (FIN) and Supply Chain (SCM) as the program progresses.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support training activities for a large-scale Workday implementation
- Assist with training plans, schedules, and logistics across program phases
- Partner with HR, functional leads, and vendors to support end-user training delivery
- Track training readiness, participation, and completion metrics
- Support learning materials management (job aids, training decks, recordings)
- Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training sessions
- Maintain training documentation and support change management efforts
- Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries
- Experience supporting training coordination or learning delivery for ERP or enterprise system implementations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in a primarily remote setting
- Proficiency with learning tools, scheduling, and documentation
- Prior experience on a Workday implementation, especially HCM
- Exposure to Workday FIN and/or SCM training is a plus
- Background working with HR or Learning & Development teams
- Experience supporting multi-year or large-scale transformation programs
- Interest in contract-to-hire opportunities
