- At least 5 years of professional experience in learning & development, HR, training, coaching, or related advisory roles
- Strong communication skills with a professional, relationship-focused approach
- Independent, structured, and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes
- Confident user of digital tools such as Zoom, CRM systems, and online platforms
- Open-minded, development-oriented, and committed to lifelong learning
- Conduct initial discovery conversations via Zoom or telephone to understand individual objectives and recommend appropriate development pathways
- Support participants through established programs and methodologies with a focus on real-world application
- Communicate professionally with prospective participants using digital platforms and online tools (training provided)
- Organize and manage your own workload and schedule while working toward defined performance objectives
- Participate in continuous learning activities and remain up to date with relevant industry standards and best practices
- Remote-based role with flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time)
