Job Profile Summary

In this role, the successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the implementation of a Medicaid system. They will conduct intricate analyses of business goals, objectives, and the overall business environment to align information technology solutions with multiple, complex accounts. Serving as a subject matter expert, the individual will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical personnel. This is a full time, remote position, with the expectation to work Eastern Time schedule.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with project contractors, site Training Managers, and clients to identify training needs, target audiences, training schedules, and delivery methods.
  • Provide support for provider training delivery or facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for site account staff to train the provider community.
  • Assist contractors in training and preparing operations/site staff for go-live, ensuring proficiency in operational desk-level procedures. This may involve conducting webinars or traveling to account sites for in-person training.
  • Develop comprehensive eLearning videos and training materials as integral components of the training program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience.
  • Experience collaborating with functional groups within an organization.
  • Knowledge of Training methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate for instructional design, a plus.
  • Experience with Articulate video authoring software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple facets of a project and support multiple subsystems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with customers and team members.
  • Presentation skills for addressing both management and customers.
