Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing and building relationships with customers to achieve sales goals within a designated territory. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, providing product training to customers, and developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. The Territory Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service, implement sales initiatives, and track market trends to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and maintain productive relationships.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective strategies.
- Experience in providing Training, with the ability to educate and guide customers and teams on products and services.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
- Previous experience within the flooring or related industries is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Salary
$70’000 plus 1% commission
