Position: Computer & Information Systems Manager

Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end computer and information systems solutions aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead and mentor IT professionals to foster continuous improvement and innovation
- Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and actionable projects
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and vendors to enhance system capabilities
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and disaster recovery processes
- Ensure effective communication across teams, providing updates and technical guidance
Requirements
- Expertise in managing complex computer and information systems within medium to large-scale organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience developing IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Background in IT governance, compliance, and risk management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Industry certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL preferred
- Experience managing remote teams in global or distributed environments preferred
