As our team builds and supports new applications at a rapid pace, we are looking for an exceptional Technical Writer to develop and maintain Data Privacy documentation, including, but not limited to, internal wikis, security policies and procedures, internal IT Audit process guidelines, technical project documentation, and standard templates.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain internal wikis and process documentation.
- Translate complex concepts and solutions into multiple types of documents, including internal wikis, playbooks, process guides, and supporting design materials (e.g., presentations, process charts, and diagrams).
- Work closely with security, data privacy, engineering, product, and support teams to develop high-level, accurate content.
- Communicate and lead meetings with management and project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, including conflicts and resolution plans.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive the technical writing process from beginning to end (e.g., ideation, information gathering, review, publication).
- Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience with hands-on experience creating and maintaining documentation.
- Experience with wikis, web design and customization (including HTML, CSS, Markdown, Mediawiki), and Adobe Illustrator or other image software.
- Understanding of data privacy, information technology, and security concepts (e.g., FTC, GDPR).
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience working in security and data privacy.
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP wiki / knowledge base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
