Technical Support Specialist (L1)


We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

MIRhosting is a global provider of data center and cloud infrastructure solutions, operating since 2004. We help businesses access reliable and scalable IT infrastructure tailored to their needs. With over 20 years of experience, we deliver customized Datacenter as a Service solutions that simplify infrastructure management and support long-term growth.


Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via a ticketing system and online chats
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts
  • Register and track customer requests
  • Perform initial issue analysis and resolve standard support cases
  • Escalate more complex issues to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates and support documentation


Requirements

  • Basic understanding of networking principles and technologies
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow in IT
  • Good written English
  • Readiness to work shifts


Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of servers and network infrastructure
  • Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with Zabbix or similar systems
  • Previous experience in technical support is a plus
  • Additional language skills and experience in multilingual customer communication would be an advantage


What We Offer

  • Remote full-time position
  • Shift-based schedule, including weekends and 3 weekdays
  • Working hours: 07:00-15:00 CEST
