Office Location: De Sondert 24, 5928RV Venlo, Netherlands

Working model: Hybrid - Home office available

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our after sales team in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a background in electrical engineering or experience in the related industry, with strong problem solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for inverters and related equipment.

2. Conduct on-site interventions for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

3. Collaborate with the internal technical team to analyze and resolve customer issues.

4. Assist in customer training on product usage and best practices.

5. Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

6. Maintain accurate records of service visits, reports, and technical findings.


Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Dutch and English communication skills.

2. 1+ year of experience in a similar technical support or after-sales role.

3. Ability to drive and willingness to travel for on-site support.

4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

5. Customer-oriented with good communication abilities.
