Responsibility:
• Deliver sales, distributors,customers consultation service & technical training as needed.
• Work in collaboration with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities .
• Responsible for development and delivery of technical solutions & support activities on time for related market.
• Generate detailed project plans (milestones/activities, dates, responsibility). Implement projects on time, within the budget and meeting the expected performance.
• Supervise on-going projects. Proactively communicate with related departments about the progress.
• Follow up on the testing results, analyze and summarize data, and provide analytical report in high quality.
• Be creative in finding solutions based on specific customer goals, requirements, equipment, and processing.
• Design and conduct trials both in our internal lab or at customers/partners sites to help optimize installation process.
• Establish good communication with customers, understanding their needs and requirements in order to provide appropriate quality and service.
• Translate customer questions & requirements into product specifications and recommend existing products in order to solve any problem they may have.
• Prepare presentations and technical documentation for internal and external customers.
• Support marketing department to initiate market promotion activities, including technical seminars, tradeshows and other daily work.
• Accurately and timely report the results and progress on present tasks according to company's procedures and standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above. Fresh graduates whose major is electricity, electrical engineering, electrochemistry, and related majors, also can be accept.
• Experience in energy storage related industries is preferred;
• Good communication skills, and leadership skills are needed;
• Proficiency in Office software. Independent writing ability with solid writing skills. High level of presentation.
