Job Overview:
Must Haves:
- At least 7 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions in a corporate and/or agency environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for mid to senior-level roles in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred, and other recruitment tools including candidate relationship management systems.
- Ability to recruit different business functions and work with various business stakeholders
- Able to take in a tight requisition then apply appropriate recruiting strategies.
This role can pay between $35-40/hr on W2.
