This is a full-time, remote position for a Technical Recruiter. The role involves driving the full-life cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, managing end-to-end hiring from sourcing to onboarding. Key responsibilities include identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, maintaining strong communication with hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Proven experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring practices
- Strong Communication skills, including relationship-building and negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Familiarity with technical roles and skills within the tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
