Our client, a well-established eCommerce company is seeking an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced, global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire top technical talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
**Please note this is a remote, 3-month-contract role based in CT Time Zone. Pay will be $60/hr.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (intake through offer) across technical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
- Source and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools and techniques
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements
- Drive an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage multiple requisitions (10+), balancing priorities across teams and geographies
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday Recruiter or similar ATS
- Provide market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence to stakeholders
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle technical recruiting
- Must have in-house/corporate recruiting experience (agency-only backgrounds not preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical roles and AI-related terminology
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex requisitions
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS platforms)
- Experience with Workday Recruiter or similar systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and sometimes ambiguous environment
