What We’re Working On

We’re supporting a client in defining and structuring a new technical initiative centered around financial systems and workflows. This includes collaborating directly with a fintech subject matter expert (SME) to capture requirements, prioritize features, and develop a roadmap for execution. The goal is to move from ambiguity to a clear, documented build plan.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master, you’ll lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
  • You’ll serve as the central point of coordination, driving clarity on requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Translate business objectives into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
  • Track project progress, surfacing blockers early and ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Build and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical workflows, integration points, and success metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between product owners, engineers, QA, and leadership to ensure priorities are aligned and transparent.
  • Support continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices and coaching team members on process adoption.
  • Deliver structured status updates and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master, ideally in software or data-driven projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience adapting frameworks to team and organizational needs.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical initiatives on time.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (user stories, workflows, integration maps, risk logs).
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple systems, teams, or vendors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, or Asana.

Ongoing recruitment – no set deadline.
