Role Responsibilities
- Convert legacy documents into polished Microsoft Word files
- Recreate complex layouts, tables, references, and inline objects with high accuracy
- Apply consistent styles, templates, and section formatting
- Refine and improve document clarity, structure, and presentation quality
- Maintain high document fidelity and formatting precision across deliverables
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles, templates, sections, tables, references, and track changes
- Strong professional writing and document formatting skills
- Strong attention to detail and written English proficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks on a flexible schedule
- Reliable and self-directed approach to project work
