- Provide technical support for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, or data.
- Support data validation, transformation, and system integration tasks.
- Contribute to the testing and deployment of new tools or updates.
- Maintain technical documentation and assist with system monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet technical requirements.
- Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and data formats (XML, API, etc.).
- At least 3 years of technical support or IT operations experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
