Your mission

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer-reported issues, working closely with the customer service, product and engineering teams when necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets with speed and accuracy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document technical workflows, FAQs, and customer feedback to help improve our processes and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with customer service team and our internal teams via chat, email, and video calls.

Your profile

  • Problem-solver with great communication skills, and you thrive on helping customers.
  • We value your ability to communicate in both English and German, regardless of fluency.
  • Are highly organized, able to work remotely in an effective way.
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Have experience in technical support or IT education related to development and databases.
  • Are familiar with troubleshooting web-based applications, browser issues, and APIs.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems like Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
